RODOLFO GIRON BONILLA
Dear members of the PET Project, Mr. Bonilla is 54 years old and sends his thanks for the great gift you have given him through Pro-Papa Mission. Rodolfo lives in El Progreso, Honduras and works each day in front of the supermarket taking care of bicycles and packages while people shop. He also sells shopping bags. Rodolfo fell off a tractor in 1969 at 19 years old. It cut off both his legs. He asked me to tell you "thanks a million" for sending him this great gift. He lives one mile from where he works. God bless all of you. Thanks for all you are doing for those who suffer so much because of polio or accidents. Sister Laurinda Mayer, SFCC PRO-PAPA MISSION

We're continually amazed at all the ways PETs bring purpose and hope into peoples
lives. Evans Bwalya is an older
man living in the bush in Zambia. When he was a baby his family was traveling on top of a load of supplies on a 10 ton truck with 26 other
people. The driver lost control
and the truck overturned into a deep gorge. Everyone was
killed on the truck but at the last second Evans mother threw him off
onto the rutted road. He fell in such a way that both his
legs were crushed from the knees down and he lost them. Ever since Evans has lived with his aunt
and family who have cared for and carried him around. After getting his PET he sends his thanks to every one of you who have a part in
keeping the PET ministry alive in Zambia.

The Muth's training included, among other things, incorporating in your home state and obtaining non-profit tax free status, obtaining 501(c)3 registration, becoming an affiliate of PET International, fund raising techniques, financial accountability, address lists, newsletters, banking, responding to gifts, PET construction methods, and cultivating volunteer parts makers. Several basic construction templates were prepared for them before they arrived which they used in training and took home with them to start their center with. They also left with video, pictures and literature for promotion, and much more.
